Wave Chasers — Contemporary Surf Art Print

Wave Chasers came from watching surfers make that walk across the beach with their boards — talking, looking at the water and already thinking about what is waiting out there.

I love that moment because the surf hasn’t even started yet, but the excitement has. The oversized boards almost take over the figures, while the strong blue, orange and soft sand tones keep the scene simple and graphic.

For me, it’s about anticipation, friendship and the pull of the ocean — that feeling of heading towards something you’ve been looking forward to.
