Split Yet Whole explores the complexity of identity, connection and the many selves we carry at once.

A group of faces is divided and reassembled through bold line, colour and form, creating a composition that feels both fractured and unified. Each section holds its own expression and presence, yet together they become a single visual language — a meditation on how individuality and relationship coexist.

The work draws on contrast: softness and structure, separation and intimacy, stillness and tension. Strong black lines give the painting its architecture, while saturated yellows, blues, oranges, reds and muted earth tones create rhythm and emotional depth.

Split Yet Whole is a contemporary figurative work with graphic clarity and psychological presence. It invites the viewer to consider the layered nature of human connection — how people remain distinct, yet are constantly shaped through one another.
