Sun, Salt & Attitude came from that feeling. These two women aren’t trying to impress anyone. They’re comfortable, confident and completely themselves.

I wanted the work to have the glamour of an old beach photograph, but with a much more modern attitude — strong colour, oversized sunglasses and two personalities that seem to take over the room.

It’s a reminder that confidence doesn’t always need to announce itself. Sometimes it simply sits there in the sunshine.
